2023-01-RES - Request for Qualification for Lambton College Residence Project

This Request for Qualification (the RFQ) is an invitation by The College to prospective Respondents to submit responses (each a “Submission”), for the development of a student residence (“the Lambton College Campus Residence Project” or “the Project”) as further described in Section 3.
Through the RFQ Process, the College seeks to identify Respondents comprised of qualified firm(s) with the capacity to design, build, finance operate and maintain the Project, to be developed on land owned by the College.
This RFQ Process is the first of a two-stage process for the procurement of the Project (the Procurement Process). Qualified Respondents, as identified through this RFQ Process, will be invited to participate in the second-stage   RFP, through which a Preferred RFP Respondent may be identified. At the RFP stage, all Respondents will be required to, among other things,  present a comprehensive plan for delivery of the Project described in Section 5, and provide comments on a term sheet for the Project that will address the material terms and conditions that will be included in the Project Agreements.
