Description

Lambton College is seeking to purchase an in-line 8 channel Fourier Transform Near Infrared Spectrometer (FT-NIR) unit for unit for analysis of the concentration of biomolecules.
FT-NIR is an in-line system that allows the real time enhanced process supervision, fault detection, diagnosis and advanced control of bioreactors, cell cultures and crystallizations. As part of the CFI grant Lambton College plans to purchase the FT-NIR for its Bioindustrial Process Research Center (BPRC).
The requested FT-NIR will be used for the fast analysis and characterization of different molecules, ex. Proteins, polysaccharides, crystallization products, FOGs, Fermentation products and lignin.
Pricing would need to include set up and installation, training and shipping.
Delivery date is approximate.
