Description

Keolis Grand River LP (Hereinafter “Keolis”) serves as operator and maintainer for the Region of Waterloo’s ION light rail system.

The Company is seeking to obtain vendor proposals for the regular and incidental cleaning of specified stops (19) as well as a fleet of 14 Bombardier Flexity Freedom Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs).

This solicitation will be a two-phased procurement process and only those proposers who submit Phase I proposals and which are deemed to be in accordance with the specifications and submission requirements will be eligible to participate in site visit(s) and to submit Phase II proposals.

Proposer may bid on either stop OR vehicle cleaning scopes, or submit a proposal for both.
