Description

Construction of a new Hydro One Remote Communities Inc. (H1RCI) fenced compound located at the community's airport. The compound will include, but not limited to, the following elements:

Compacted granular surface for compound and associated drainage
works;
Fencing around compound;
Transformer storage platform;
Pole bunk storage;
Pre-Purchased Modular Three-Bedroom Staff House (Contractor responsible for transporting modular units to site, installing modular units on foundations constructed by Contractor and completing all on-site integration of the modular units including servicing connections);
Lines Storage Garage;
General Storage Garage;
Drinking water system including drilled well, pump, treatment and controls; and
Sewage holding tank c/w high level alarms.
