Work of this Contract is to be performed at the Pikangikum First Nation airport and is comprised of, but not limited to:
.1 Construction of a new Hydro One Remote Communities Inc. (HORCI) fenced compound. The compound will include the following elements:
a Compacted granular surface for compound and associated drainage works;
b Fencing around compound;
c Transformer storage platform;
d Pole bunk storage;
e Four-bedroom Staff House;
f Lines Storage Garage;
g General Storage Garage;
h Drinking water system including drilled well, pump, treatment and controls; and Septic Field.
