Innovapost on behalf of the Canada Post Group of Companies (CPGC) is seeking proposals for the Quality Assurance (testing) services. The software development methodology at Innovapost is transforming from the traditional “Waterfall” approach to the “Agile” model in order to better meet the business needs and requirements. This change will occur gradually over the next two years, on a project by project basis, leading up to the steady-state which will occur in 2020-2021.
