Innovapost Inc. (Innovapost), on behalf of Canada Post Group of Companies (Canada Post), is seeking industry expertise Enterprise Personalization Solutions.

Personalization’s goal will be to enhance the digital and physical experience of our customers. Personalization will be accomplished through the integration of Personalization software into the CPC website and mobile app.

Personalization software is a tool that customizes our customer’s content based on their characteristics and behaviors. Our objective is to optimize offerings dynamically and in real time by creating a more individualized customer experience.

Dynamical serving up customized content, product or promotional offer recommendations in real time to website visitors, app users, or Retail customers[1] based on their characteristics and intent behavior will support conversion, long-term engagement goals, and decrease market marginalization.
