2021-SDL-130 - Digital Displays Managed Service

Canada Post Group of Companies (CPGC) has digital displays for digital signage, boardroom conferencing displays, boardroom displays and other purposes including, but not limited to:

1. Displaying corporate messaging to employees in corporate offices, plants and depots, shared from a content management system (CMS)
2. Presenting marketing information from a CMS to consumers within retail stores and post offices
3. Sharing content in boardrooms that are connected or integrated with video conferencing infrastructure
4. Sharing content directly from a computer
5. The digital signage displays are connected to a digital signage Content Management System (CMS) which is used to distribute content to employees and customers alike.
    
   As the need for rapid, real-time communication continues to grow, the use of digital displays and associated content management services will continue to increase.
   Innovapost is seeking to partner with a service provider to implement a Digital Displays Managed Service (DDMS) that will encompass current needs and opportunities for future growth. Key additional aspects of the DDMS include: 

• Hardware acquisition of digital displays and related peripherals. 
• Hardware and related peripherals installation services. 
• Inventory management, life cycle management and support of digital displays, including those not connected to the CMS (e.g., meeting room displays).
• B2B integration to support ticket logging and resolution 
• Service and support for the existing setup and configuration
   
  It is expected that a partnership with a Digital Displays Managed Service provider will generate opportunities for cost savings and increased agility in procuring digital display assets. It is also expected to support Innovapost’s requirement to ensure that our service offering remains current, and that we have ongoing access to innovative solutions to better fulfill CPGC’s evolving business needs.
