Description

Through this RFP, Innovapost will select a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of software and services that will provide Innovapost with an enterprise portfolio of software build and deploy capabilities as the foundation for a next generation of Innovapost integrated software development, security and operations “build and deploy” environments (DevSecOps). The required solution shall be provided as a SaaS offering that provides the required functionality complemented by a portfolio of vendor provided services and cloud-based infrastructure to operate, sustain and evolve the provided build and deploy software platform while ensuring the security and confidentiality of Innovapost artefacts built and deployed using this solution.

A soft copy of all RFP Proposal material shall be submitted no later than the Closing Date and Time to: Tender.control@canadapost.ca
Subject: Proposal RFP# 2022-SDL-182 A Software Build and Deploy Platform provided as a Secure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Solution
Proponents are required to provide a complete Proposal with respect to each item and are required to submit all information and documentation as requested in this RFP.
Innovapost recommends the Proponent submits the required Proposal soft copies at least 2 hours prior to the closing time to ensure receipt.
Notes:
Please be advised that there is a 10MB limit on the size of files submitted to Tender Control. Where a Proponent response would exceed this limit, Proponents must submit as separate files with each submission clearly identifying the Proponent and the RFP#.
Unless explicitly stated in this RFP, all materials to be evaluated must be provided in the Proposal Submission. Materials referenced through links to external content (e.g. links to Proponent web-sites) will not be considered unless explicitly authorized in the RFP by Innovapost.
