Infrastructure Ontario is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (“RFSO”) to establish a standing offer agreement (“Agreement” or “SOA”) for provision of natural heritage services (“Services”).
IO’s Environmental Management department provides a one-window approach for value-added technical services such as: environmental, geotechnical, archaeological, and natural and cultural heritage. Our team of multi-disciplined professionals forms an integral part of the company’s larger Realty Portfolio Planning Business Unit.
Services include providing natural heritage resource due diligence and strategic advice to support all aspects of IO’s activities. Our work supports major construction and infrastructure initiatives, land dispositions and acquisitions, land development and planning, and day-to-day operation of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services’ buildings and lands and/or IO managed projects.
Qualified Vendors will be required to perform the Services for IO. Services and deliverables associated with this RFSO include, but are not limited to, the six work service categories and associated services listed below:
- Evaluation & Delineation of Key Natural Heritage Features
- Environmental Impact Study/Statement and Natural Heritage Study/Survey
- Terms of Reference (TOR) and Environmental Assessment (EA) Services
- Terrestrial Surveys and Associated Services
- In Water Works and Associated Services
- Miscellaneous Services
