Description

The Stevenson Memorial Hospital (Alliston) - Phase 1 Redevelopment Project is to be delivered under the Design-Bid-Build (DBB) delivery model to The Stevenson Memorial Hospital ("SMH").

The SMH redevelopment will be a full-service hospital for the community of Alliston, in the Town of New Tecumseth (the “Town”). The new addition building is proposed to be an L-shaped block, with a footprint of 5,561 sq.m, to the north-east and north-west of the existing building, parallel to the existing building’s orientation, but separated from the existing building by ~8m wide open courtyard space.
