20-058 - RFP for Facilities Management Advisory Services for the Grosvenor Office Tower

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is issued by Infrastructure Ontario ("IO") on behalf of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services (“MGCS” or the “Client”, and, together with IO, each a “Sponsor” and, collectively, the “Sponsors”). 

The RFP invites Respondents to submit Proposals to provide facilities management advisory services (the “Services”) for the Grosvenor Office Tower Project (the “Project”). Infrastructure Ontario invites firms to submit Proposals for the provision of the Services as further detailed in Appendix A to Schedule 3 - Draft Agreement. Through this RFP process, the Sponsor intend to identify a Successful Respondent for the provision of the Services through a transparent, fair and competitive procurement process.
