Description

The RFP invites Respondents to submit Proposals to provide planning, design, and conformance (“PDC”) consulting services (the “Services”) for the Lakeridge Health - Bowmanville Redevelopment (the “Project”).

Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Redevelopment Project includes the redevelopment of the Lakeridge Bowmanville Hospital site located in Bowmanville, Ontario. The scope of work includes a multi-phased approach to allow for replacement of infrastructure that is at end of life and support space requirements. Where appropriate, existing infrastructure is leveraged for continued use. The phased approach allows for the provision of ongoing clinical services during construction.
