Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select a Successful
Respondent for the provision of Architectural Services for Fire Alarm and Sprinkler
Systems (the “Services”) at 361 University Avenue, Toronto.
The Successful Proponent will form a complete consultant team for the project
with the Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems engineers’ team and Environmental
Consultant – already procured by IO – and the PMSC team – yet to be procured
by IO.
