3. Proof of Insurance: Each Respondent should provide a Certificate of Insurance that shows or a letter from their insurer which confirms that they can obtain all the required types of insurance in the amounts set out in the draft agreement. If the Respondent is a Multi-Party Entity, then the Respondent should submit Certificates of Insurance or letter(s) from the insurer(s) stating that each party to the Multi-Party Entity can obtain the required coverage. Certificates of Insurance and letters from insurers must reference the RFP number on the document.
