Proof of Insurance: Each Respondent should provide a Certificate of Insurance that shows or a letter from their insurer which confirms that they have the ability to obtain all of the required types of insurance in the amounts set out in the draft agreement. In the event that the Respondent is a Multi-Party Entity, then the Respondent should submit Certificates of Insurance or letter(s) from the insurer(s) stating that each party to the Multi-Party Entity has the ability to obtain the required coverage. Certificates of Insurance and letters from insurers must reference the RFP number on the document.
