Description

The purpose of this RFP is to engage a retained executive search firm to source, screen, interview and provide a shortlist of recommended candidates for executive and other senior management roles as well as prepare materials, interview guides, and analysis as needed throughout the term of any Agreement resulting from this RFP. The Service Provider will also provide reference checks and facilitate employment contract negotiations on behalf of the IESO.
