Description

The purpose of this RFP is to engage a Service Provider to recommend, design, implement and report on market research projects to meet IESO needs for information related to but not limited to IESO’s conservation and demand management programs and activities (the Save On Energy brand), and the IESO’s stakeholder and community engagement processes and activities. These research services will be conducted across a wide variety of IESO audiences, including the conservation and demand management market, channel partners, stakeholders, communities (municipal and Indigenous), market participants, program participants and mass market.

In addition to the above general market research services, there are two on-going, defined projects that the Service Provider will be required to execute:

Save On Energy Customer Satisfaction survey for the following three (3) Ontario wide energy efficiency programs:

i) Retrofit Program (“Retrofit”) https://saveonenergy.ca/for-business-and-industry/programs-and-incentives/retrofit-program;
ii) Energy Affordability Program (“EAP”) https://saveonenergy.ca/For-Your-Home/Energy-Affordability-Program;;
iii) Small Business Program (“SBP”) https://saveonenergy.ca/For-Your-Small-Business/Programs-and-Incentives/Small-Business-Program; and

IESO Annual Stakeholder and Community Engagement Survey.
