Description

The staff cafeteria located at our Clarkson location in Mississauga is in need of a refresh and complete renovation. IESO has hired a kitchen design specialist (Kaizen Foodservice Planning and Design), architect (srm Architects Inc.) and engineers (M.A Bryan Engineering Inc. and Fortech Engineering) to design a new kitchen that is safe, efficient, and attractive to help support enhanced menu offerings. The selected design will open up the kitchen area and includes a window wall overlooking the dining area.

To complete the cafeteria renovations, the IESO requires the services of a Contractor who will oversee the Project that will include:

Renovation of a commercial kitchen, servery and staff dining area.
Provision, coordination and installation of related equipment and furniture.

Event Note

Proponents are required to attend the Mandatory Site Visit for their Proposals to be accepted. Proponents that intend on participating in this RFP shall notify IESO of their intention to attend the Mandatory Site Visit by emailing the IESO Contact listed in Section 1.7 of the RFP by no later than 3:00 pm on June 27, 2017. Failure to provide the required notice or failure to attend the Mandatory Site Visit shall result in the disqualification of the Proponent and any submission delivered by such Proponent shall not be evaluated.
