This is to notify prospective vendors that Humber College is in the process of developing the Request for Proposal (RFP) document for Construction Management Services for International Graduate School:
Humber College is embarking on a new endeavor to expand their international student enrollment catchment area, which means establishing a new facility in the downtown core of Canada’s largest city, Toronto. This project builds on the Humber brand and standards by constructing a new 39,300 square foot tenant fit-out space in an existing downtown office building. This newly built shelled space, in an urban downtown location, includes large and small classrooms, office spaces, meeting rooms, labs, faculty spaces, print areas, gender-neutral washrooms, a central LAN room, and a well-appointed main reception area.
The upcoming Request for Proposal document will be issued to obtain proposals from licensed Contractors to serve as the Construction Manager (“Contractor”) on this construction project
