NOTICE OF INTENT:
This is to notify prospective vendors that Humber is in the process of developing the Request for Proposal (RFP) document for DX Receiving Building Project:
Humber College intends to find a suitable vendor/ general contractor for building a new receiving warehouse/receiving dock in building DX at the North Campus, 205 Humber College Boulevard, Etobicoke, ON. This receiving warehouse will have fridges and freezers, trolley wash station, loading docks and loading areas for delivery trucks, and office spaces. The building warehouse area will be about 7,000 square feet.
In addition, three new classrooms will also be built as part of this project (the area for the 3 classrooms will be about 3,000 square feet).
