This is a notice that Humber is in the process of developing the Request for Proposal document for the following.

Humber College is seeking a vendor for Phase 1 renovation for the Business School -
The Business School has acquired an approximate 7000 square feet of space. The renovation will include demolition of concrete block walls as well as drywall partitions, type 3 asbestos abatement for some areas as well as type 2 enclosures in other areas, construction of open office space for part time faculty, a 20 person meeting room with AV capabilities, glass wall systems, encilium lighting system, new Tbar and or drywall ceilings, finishes including carpet, painting, electrical (power and data), card access, doors, frames and hardware, fire alarm system, mechanical (air supply and return). New furniture will not be part of the contract but base feeds to the furniture will be part of the contract.
