Palace Place Co-operative Homes ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating approximately 51 units of housing in Sudbury, Ontario, invites Bids for the replacement of windows, front doors and patio doors.

A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. EST, Toronto time at 129 Second Avenue South, Sudbury, ON P3B 4J3. It is mandatory that Bidders attend this meeting. Bidders unable to attend this meeting may be disqualified from bidding.
