Tamil Co-operative Homes Inc. ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating approximately 129 units of housing in Toronto, Ontario, invites Bids for Fire Alarm Control Panel Retrofit Replacement.

A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. EDT, Toronto time, at 20 Wade Ave., Toronto, ON M6H 4H3. It is mandatory that Bidders attend this meeting. Bidders unable to attend this meeting may be disqualified from bidding.

Housing Services Corporation ("HSC") is administering this ITT process on behalf of the Owner.
