Rooftops Housing Co-Operative ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating approximately 15 duplexes of housing in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, invites Bids for exterior envelope renovations.

A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., ADT, Halifax time, at 96 Sirus Crescent, Dartmouth NS, P2W 4L5. It is mandatory that Bidders attend this meeting. Bidders unable to attend this meeting may be disqualified from bidding.

Housing Services Corporation ("HSC") is administering this ITT process on behalf of the Owner.
