Houselink and Mainstay Community Housing (HLMS) ("Owner"), Toronto’s largest non-profit supportive housing agency, invites submissions for consulting services for elevator modernization.

A mandatory project briefing, via Zoom webinar, has been scheduled as follows: 11:00 a.m. EDT on Thursday, September 5, 2024. The link to join the webinar is below. It is strongly recommended that Proponents test the link below in advance of the meeting and join early to avoid any possible technical issues. It is mandatory that Proponents attend the entire meeting. Proponents unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from submitting a proposal.
