Description

Hôpital Montfort (HM) is seeking proposals from capable and qualified parties to provide an all-inclusive service contract for the mechanical systems and equipment located at:
Montfort Hospital | 713 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario; and,
Montfort Health | 1968 Portobello Boulevard, Orleans, Ontario

The goals of the contract are to ensure the reliability and continuity of the building systems, to proactively identify potential system failures, and decrease energy and maintenance costs. HM welcomes new concepts or innovations that will assist in meeting these goals.

The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of 5 years with an option in favour of the Hôpital Montfort to extend the term of the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional period of up to 2 years asan option of two one year period.
