Hands TheFamilyHelpNetwork.ca is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Individuals and/or Firms (the “Consultant”) to provide a Management Development Training Program for the organization.
Goals:
To develop a leadership team that has the management skills, tools, and confidence to provide effective quality leadership resulting in better client outcomes, job satisfaction, employee performance, recruitment, and retention.
Scope:
The management development program will be delivered to all members of Hands’ leadership team, including managers and directors (approx. 30 individuals).
The program will cover management skillsets, which may include items such as: financial literacy and budgeting, human resources, planning, delegating, communication skills, project management, change management, time and workload management, data literacy, decision making, business writing including but not limited to report writing, public speaking and presentations, performance management, managing hybrid teams, group facilitation, systems thinking, team building, coaching, etc.). Some members of the Hands leadership team have previously engaged in Crucial Conversations training. Communications training should align with the concepts and principles of crucial conversations to create consistency in the leadership team.
Hands is invested in the LEADS framework to support a leadership culture across the organization. As such, leadership is not the focus of this program, but this program must compliment the LEADs framework.
