Good afternoon,

Groupe Média TFO is looking for a service provider to supply a "video transcoding farm" for our technical production centre in Toronto.

We are inviting you to participate to this request for proposal (RFP). Please find attached the RFP documents.

Groupe Média TFO ask proponents to confirm by email at appel-offre@tfo.org their intent to submit a proposal by January 17, 2018.

1. The documents must be received at the filing-office, at the latest, on the date and time specified above. The receipt of a proposal is defined as being the moment when the original document is deposited in the filing office. The delivery of the document by a third party remains the responsibility of the bidder and said document will not be considered as having been delivered until it has been physically delivered.
2. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to ensure the timely delivery of submissions. Any late submissions will be, without prejudice, returned unopened. No consideration will be given for delays due to problems with couriers or postal deliveries.
3. Filing-office: Four (4) copies + an electronic version on USB key of your bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed as follows: Groupe Média TFO a/s de Johanne Séguin 21 College Street Suite 600 Toronto, Ontario, M5G 2B3
