Description

Proponents who consider themselves wholly qualified, and provide product that is able to meet the specified requirements may present a written Statement of Capabilities to the Grand River Hospital Sourcing contact named in the above Section, by no later than the closing date. The Statement of Capabilities must clearly provide evidence that the Proponent meets the requirements set out in this advanced notice.

If Proponents present a Statement of Capabilities proving their service offering meets the specified requirements as set out in this advance notice, Grand River Hospital will evaluate that against requirements stated and determine the next appropriate course of action.

If no Proponent presents a Statement of Capabilities by the closing date, a contract will be awarded to Baxter Corporation for 2 years.
