Description

LHIN 3 hospitals are investigating a service provider who is qualified to supply and deliver sterile CADD (cassette) products. Sterile compounding services will provide the hospitals with the ability to serve patients and meet accreditation and regulatory requirements related to safe provision of sterile compounded medications. LHIN 3 hospitals are seeking qualified vendors that best meet the requirements as stated below and within the RFQ document.

Volumes listed in the Hospital Specific Product List (Appendix D) are approximate numbers only and are not guaranteed. In addition to the list, there may be additional products and/or volume added.

The Hospitals reserve the right to split the contract award.
