Description

Central Regional Health Authority (Central Health) is administering this RFP on behalf of Eastern Regional Health Authority for prospective bidders to submit proposals for Urgent Care and Walk-In Clinic. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in Schedule A and the Public Procurement Act.

The preferred bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with Eastern Regional Health Authority for the provision of the Specifications provided in this RFP for a contract period as outlined on the bidding sheet. As outlined in this RFP, terms and conditions are to be applied to initial lease terms and optional extensions. Both Bidding Options must be completed.

Bidders to provide pricing for a twenty (20) year initial term, with the option to renew for up to two (2) further term(s) of up to an additional five (5) year option(s) each beyond the initial term, subject to the option(s), by the Client, on terms and conditions as provided for under the lease agreement. The annual rental rate quoted in the Offer to Lease Form is applicable to each year of the initial lease term. Separate Variable Pricing may be submitted as per Schedule B Financial Proposal.

Bids for multiple properties may be submitted using the Merx folders for “Bid A”, “Bid B” as required. For clarity, the award of this lease will not be split between two separate locations.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proponents must fully complete and submit the excel document “2022-3081 – Schedule B Financial Proposal” and shall include pricing for any additional options or other considerations. Financial Proposal documents are to be uploaded to Envelope 2 – Pricing as indicated in the solicitation via Merx.

Bidders that wish to submit multiple locations for consideration must provide all documentation requested for each location and label them “Bid A”, “Bid B”, Etc. Additional folders will be available via Merx to separate the additional bids, if required.
