NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFP on behalf of the Eastern Zone for a Fairness Advisor to monitor RFP 2023-3081(A) Urgent Care Clinic. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
