Description

NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFP to submit proposals for Golden Heights Manor East Block Upgrades Project. This will be in accordance with the statement of work, requirements, and all applicable Schedules set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.

Note: The lowest price of any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted but will be analyzed to determine best overall value.
