Description

Newfoundland & Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFP for Clinical Trials Platform with two key components:

A patient (public/participant) facing portal; and
A researcher (study site/clinical/nurse) facing platform.

Both components should interact with each other, including data collection and patient consent, with the intention to enable researchers to access and edit the portal study list as needed.
This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.

The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of the province to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) year.
