Additional Bidding Instructions

Pricing must be FOB all College of the North Atlantic Campuses. Ship to Addresses will be indicated on individual campus purchase orders as required.

Return/Exchange Policy: Must be provided with bid submission.

Color Selection: All items requiring color selection must be submitted with bid submission.

Sizing: Bidders must provide prices for sizes as specified. If there are additional costs for larger/Tall sizes, bidder must attach a list of these prices. However, the evaluation will be done on the price quoted for sizes specified only and not the various other sizes listed in the attachment(s). If prices for other sizes are not supplied with bid submission, then they will not be honored.

Or Equivalent: Bidders who are providing an equivalent must provide proof that the product offered is equal in quality and similar in design and style and is suitable for the intended use. Submissions must include part numbers or style/model numbers for all items. Or Equivalent item specifications must be submitted with bids to ensure compliance during evaluation. Bids without specifications on Or Equivalent items will be rejected. RFQs may be rejected if this information is not provided with the bid submission.
