Description

The purpose of this request for proposal is to supply and install an observation system for the Early Childhood Education Centre located at Gooseberry Lane, behind the Prince Philip Drive (PPD) Campus, St. John's NL of the College of the North Atlantic. This system will allow CNA faculty to view the four child care rooms and play areas remotely from anywhere in the province.

The observation system will allow instructors to:

View and share live streaming video and audio from multiple locations within the PPD demonstration childcare centre (inside and out) with their students in real time
Record short video segments and access them for later use
Schedule time to view particular areas or rooms
Control cameras remotely (e.g., pan, tilt, zoom)
