Description

All psychological services related to the Psychological Services Programs will be carried out by the Psychologist or his/her colleagues in consultation with the Agency’s Manager of the Psychological Services Program.

Proponent to provide professional consultation services to the Agency’s Psychological Services Program, with commitment to devote a minimum of 2-4 days a month, or at the Agency’s discretion additional time, as necessary to discharge duties properly and efficiently. Proponents to note there is the potential to distribute responsibilities between two contracted service providers, based on their availability and volume of referrals.

Multiple emails are acceptable if they are clearly labeled and are received before the Submission Deadline. Attach a separate pdf file containing the completed Pricing Schedule (Appendix 'A') to your email. Indicate that pricing is enclosed and note your company name, RFSQ 220501 Psychological Services.
