The work consists generally of the supplying of all materials, labour and equipment for the
Harrow Centre Streetscape Improvements, including removal of existing pavements, installation
of new streetscape apparatus, new watermain, new storm sewer, existing sanitary sewer
rehabilitation, curb and gutter, catch basins and leads, sidewalks, driveways, roadways,
pavement markings, street lighting, restoration, traffic control, and coordination with the
appropriate utility companies
