Description

The scope of the project includes the rehabilitation and modernization of the base building structure and services of the West Memorial Building to accommodate the short term use of the building as a swing space for the Supreme Court of Canada and the long term fit up for future generic workspace.
The scope to be included in the future tender resulting from this prequalification includes:

1. The Refurbishment of existing Heritage elevators.
2. Refurbishment / refinishing of existing Heritage elevator cabs.
3. The provision of a new 8 stop elevator.
4. The provision of a new glass enclosed elevator within a new feature stair in the Grand Hall.
