EHRC is seeking the services of a qualified design firm to design and format the GBHV tools and resources in both English and French which includes:
1. Educational and Outreach Program includes:
a) A Toolkit: Preventing Gender-Based Harassment and Violence
a. The toolkit consists of a 100-page word document (24747 words) and has 3 tables, 17 figures, and 10 checklists that will need to be fillable online.
b) Facilitator Guide and Training
a. The facilitator guide consists of an 80-page word document (16404 words) and has 2 tables and 2 checklists that will need to be fillable online.
2. Safe Space Mentoring Tool consisting of:
a. A 21-page word document (4828 words) that has 2 figures, 1 table, and 4 checklists that will need to be fillable online.
3. Support Strategy and Framework
This resource is a comprehensive integrated strategy and framework aimed at supporting those affected by GBHV in the workplace., and includes:
a) Support procedures
a. A 41-page word document (8621 words) and has a series of 4 figures, 4 tables, and 5 checklists that will need to be fillable online.
Deliverables include:
The design and formatting of all the GBHV tools and resources in both languages* into fillable and accessible pdf files including 3 rounds of revisions per language. The tools and resources will be online first and viewers should be able to print them where need be. The table of contents will also need to be linked throughout the documents (where applicable).
