Edmonton Airports Request for Proposal ("RFP") #21-0085 Security Services

Edmonton Regional Airports Authority (“Edmonton Airports”) is inviting proposals from qualified companies to provide Security Services (the “Services”) at Edmonton International Airport (“EIA”).

The successful proponent will be expected to develop, implement, and carry out a plan of operations, approved by Edmonton Airports, that ensures the highest level of security and safety at the Airport and that provides for a high level of customer service in the performance of the Services.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to assist Edmonton Airports in selecting a contractor, based on overall best value assessment, who Edmonton Airports will commence negotiations to conclude a contract to provide Security Services at EIA.

Specifications and requirements stated in this RFP are as envisioned by Edmonton Airports at the time of writing, and may change or be refined in the course of the evaluation and negotiation process.  It is intended that this RFP will communicate to proponents Edmonton Airports' requirements and the scope of services that Edmonton Airports expects to acquire at this time, and communicate projected timing expectations, and provide a structured and standardized format for submission of responses.
