Edmonton Airports is seeking a consultant to partner with us to create a passenger experience-focused training program ( My YEG). The selected consultant will understand the culture we are looking to achieve, human-centered design principles, and be able to add guidance in creating a training program that is unique from every other airport and fully aligned with our culture and vision of creating ‘wow.’ The selected consultant will be required to demonstrate that they have professional capability and experience to design a customized corporate culture training program.
