Description

eHealth Ontario requires a new managed web hosting service provider for the corporate website.
The successful proponent will be required to provide managed hosting service including backup and server management and to meet our service levels over the term of the agreement as outlined in the Managed Web Hosting Requirements document.
The scope of engagement will include, but not be limited to:

On-going managed hosting for Expression Engine Content Management System
Configuration of development, staging, and production environments (server-level)
Configuration of network connectivity, firewalls and security
Server monitoring, maintenance and technical support following eHealth Ontario ITSM service management policies, processes and practices
On-going and on-demand server-level backups
Incident and KPI Reporting
