The intent of this RFP is two-fold. First,is to qualify Proponents to supply all labour, equipment, and
materials to provide landscaping services for all locations identified. Secondly, once qualified proponents are identified, their document containing the pricing bid will be opened. The successful proponent will be one that qualifies and is the lowest bid.
