Grant Construction Limited, acting as the Construction Manager (General Contractor) on behalf of Wilfrid Laurier University and the YMCA of Hamilton/Burlington/Brantford, is pleased to invite qualified subcontractors to submit stipulated price tenders on the following subcontract tender packages for
the Laurier YMCA Athletics &Recreation Centre in Brantford, Ontario:
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 5A-CONCRETE CURBS, SIDEWALKS AND PATIOS
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 5B-ASPHALT PAVING AND LINE PAINTING
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 5C-PRECAST CONCRETE RETAINING WALLS, PAVERS & STEPS
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 5D-CHAIN LINK; AND ORNAMENTAL METAL FENCING
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 5E-IRRIGATION
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 5F-TREES, SHRUBS AND GROUNDCOVERS, INCLUDING TOPSOIL
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 5G-SODDING AND SEEDING
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 5H-RIVER STONE AND PEA GRAVEL MAINTENANCE STRIP
TENDER PACKAGE NO. 5I-SITE FURNISHINGS
The successful subcontractor will execute a modified CCA Document 1 2008 Contract.
Tender submissions clearly identified in accordance with the tender documents will be received by D. Grant Construction Limited until 1:00 p.m., Thursday, July 27, 2017. Tenders shall be emailed to Mr. Darrell Gerrits, dgerrits@dgrantconstruction.com.
