Grant Construction Limited, acting as the Construction Manager (General Contractor) on behalf of Wilfrid Laurier University and the YMCA of Hamilton/Burlington/Brantford, is pleased to invite qualified subcontractors to submit stipulated price tenders on the following subcontract tender package for the proposed Laurier YMCA Athletics & Recreation Centre in Brantford, Ontario:

TENDER PACKAGE NO. 2T - COLD FORMED METAL FRAMING; INSULATION; STEEL STUDS; VAPOUR BARRIER; GYPSUM BOARD ASSEMBLIES; AND ACOUSTICS

The successful subcontractor will execute a modified CCA Document 1 2008 Contract.

Tender submissions clearly identified in accordance with the tender documents will be received by D. Grant Construction Limited until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 18, 2017.
