Description

The Deer Lake Regional Airport Authority Inc. (“DLRAA”), a not-for-profit corporation who owns and operates the Deer Lake Regional Airport in Deer Lake, NL is requesting proposals from interested suppliers to supply one (1) cab forward mid-engine power unit with plow per the attached specifications. The scope of this project should include the complete system, delivery, and training, with a delivery date of thirty (30) weeks after receipt of order. Attached is the complete package of proposal documents.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Bid Submissions:
a) Bids shall be submitted on Section 5 - Proposal Form.
b) Section 6 – Minimum Technical Specifications must be filled out and attached to the bid.
c) All tenders must contain a complete set of manufacturer's specifications.
d) The bid shall be submitted electronically:
i. Electronic copies shall be submitted to davidball@deerlakeairport.com in PDF format.
ii. The deadline for receipt of proposals shall be as noted in Section 2.2. The proponent shall be responsible for confirming receipt of the proposal with Airport Administration staff.
iii. Bids shall remain open to acceptance and shall be irrevocable for a period of thirty (30) days after the Bid closing date.
iv. Proponents are solely responsible for ensuring their proposal is received.
