Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” Laboratory Services in Soil and Materials Engineering at the St-Jean Garrison and Farnham, Quebec.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the ITT. The objective of this ITT is to select the Proponent with the highest total score.
The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $ 60,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $60,000.00 for each additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 2,500.00 and $ 25,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 25,000.00. Refer to the ITT document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
