DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. MLDM2427_82253 – Exterior maintenance of metropolitan armouries, Montreal (Qc)
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for snow removal and the application of abrasive and/or de-icing chemicals to the parking lots, alleys, pedestrian accesses, doors, porches, stairs and steps of six armouries as well as maintenance and lawn mowing of four armouries in the Montreal metropolitan area.
NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $ 70,000.00 for a period of one (1) year, with the possibility of two (2) additional one-year extensions. (Possible value of $ 210,000.00.)
